What CF parts you want (wish list)
So I design and make carbon fiber parts and did a few stuff for the hyundai sonata, Audi A7 (hood) and working on BMW 1m. I'm making this post to ask what you guys want me to make in CF, I already have some ideas but curious on what else haha.... Stuff for the SC are pretty limited (oem hood, oem trunk in cf) so I wanna make more and better design lol
Here are some of the things I've designed and made:
Engine cover:
Diffuser:
Lip:
Hood:
So let me know what you guys wanna see and what's on your wish list

Nice work!
We joked about CF door hinges, but if there's any way that could actually be pulled off, it's worth looking into. Those pigs weigh 12 lbs each. The doors are also heavy, but CF there is sort of asking for trouble on a street car.
I hate the SC mirrors. What about a CF shell that could take a round convex mirror (or some other universal shape) and mount to the stock base? I've been exploring options for that recently:

Moon roof insert to replace the glass? That would drop a big chunk of weight up high and allow the roof to be opened still for fresh air and open sky.

yes moon roof insert would be awesome or a piece that simply replaces the glass because it would be awesome to still be able to open it up. also door panels, i think that is the greatest thing that could happen to this car, just the interior door panel, like a simplified version that just accepts the door handle and has a strap for closing the door, i would love that and have been thinking about making one myself but CF ain't cheap.

Agreed. There's another 10 lbs per door just begging to be shed. It's tough to create something that matches the SC's curvy door frame, and some people will surely want to retain their driver's side arm rest, so it won't be a simple task. There would probably need to be an option to attach the lower half of the stock door card (arm rest / pull, window controls, and speaker cover) to the CF shell, or something also in CF to replicate the layout.

Wow, you make nice work. I've always been interested in an Aston Martin style hood with smaller vents. The traditional aftermarket hoods that are race inspired for SC's are always exaggerated with huge vents that have a rice appeal. Anyways, just my 0.02 if you're up to the challenge.

You can easily make that diffuser on the white SC....just go online and search IS350 rear lip....its pretty much same thing...
I seen a few people on facebook put it on their SC
