Default 93 sc300 electrical issue

i have a 93 sc300 with an electrical issue. it started when a tree limb hit the top of my windshield and cracked the window. i since had the window replaced but cant find the electrical issue.

my question is is there anything that could have been damaged that i can check in the area of the top part of the windshield? it hit close to the rearview mirror on the body.

it has affected the tilt steering, door locks, trunk light, and makes the instrument panel lights flicker also the clock stays at one time and doesnt change.

any ideas would be helpful

thank you

Sounds like we each have a similar gremlin. We have a connection issue somewhere. I'll study the diagrams the next day or so and see what I can figure out. Could be battery connections as some have suggested in my thread, probably best place to start.
