Siecle ECU? Whats this?

Has anyone ever heard if a Seicle ECU? I took this pic when my clip arrived from japan. It was connected to the ecu which also had a Seicle decal on it, but it looked like a stock JZ80 6 speed ecu otherwise. Has anyone ever heard of this french brand which means Century in English? More pics tommorrow. Thanx.
