Question Engine Stutter

I got a 92 sc, around 160,000. I changed the spark plugs and rotors about 10,000 miles ago. However, only on HOT days and once when it was raining, but mostly on hot days (70+ deg) the engine begins to studder as if a plug isn't firing. Now they should be good for a while still, however, the stutter begins for a few minutes, and dissapears almost as quick. It will last from about 30 seconds to a couple minutes. Very randomn. I was told it could be bad wires somewhere or a bad fuel injector. I bought a noid light to test it, but I can't test it because whenever I'm home it doesn't studder. 'Can't fix it if it ain't broke' Any thoughts? I'm lost here, thanks!

Well it definitely sounds like a bad wire. If you just replaced the plugs and rotors then seems like the stutter could be coming from a bad wire. I know on my Supra TT if the coil pack is bad then you get that miss fire from time to time.

My '95 400 did this and I knew exactly what it was because my '95 Eclipse GST did the same thing... It was the plug wires. The Lexus plug wire set, more like a complete harness, is around $100 bucks and well worth it. If it is not this, than it would almost have to be an injector but my guess is the wires.
