t2d2....There's a member that chimed in the "120 made 97 manual" thread named Fonzy that said he has a 97 green hardtop apparently.

I haven't followed that thread. Same question remains, though...factory spec or modified?

Welcome to the hardtop club. My 93 SC400 was made hardtop by a body shop, but Im proud of it just the same.
