Help, sc300 won't crank
Hello all, my name is Cody and I own a 93 sc300 that I intend to have fun with.
One day I parked my sc300, it stayed parked for about 3 months and before it had a battery drain issue but I just thought that was an alternator/battery problem. When I tried to start the car up it wouldn't do anything.( fresh battery ). All I had was door indicator lights, high beams and the seat belt light. Nothing else works.
Since then I replaced the alternator, battery, starter and the ignition switch. I also checked the fuses and found nothing wrong. Now I'm stuck, any help would be appreciated!

Do you have multiple keys? I recently bought a '99 SC300 and I didn't realize that it has a valet key (only works on the ignition so that key can't get into the trunk and whatnot) along with the key fobs. Anyway, because the battery in my key fob is dead, it will crank but never turn over. I haven't replaced that battery for the fob yet but I assume that's the problem. My valet key starts the car though. Maybe you're having a similar problem?
I'm new to SC's so I don't know if that will be helpful or not and I can't really help you any more than that, but I figure since it's a really easy thing to check that I'd pass that along. Good luck!
