Default Looking a SC300/400

I just got rid of my 93' ES300 and I'm stuck with my 95 Legend LS which I love... but can't have cause my wife is always driving it. So this is my excuse to get another car. I love the Lexus quality so I'm looking at a coupe. I was just curious how the handling is in the rain, snow etc... I know its RWD and I know how it is driving a RWD police car in certain weather conditions when the rear kicks out during a turn.

Handling in the rain is great. Just don't get oveconfident before you are fully familiar with your car's capabilities and limitations. Tires are probably the biggest factor for wet traction so get good ones. I just drive safe and slow in the rain these days because none of my tires are made for wet surfaces. Also the oil slick is variable on different roads around here so you never really know. If you're all about handling, there is a multitiude of suspension upgrades that will turn an SC into an all out track car! Check the FAQ

Hey Jewelerz...I see you are joining the dark side
Car handles well in the rain, once you get to know it...acutally, I find my 400 very forgiving....where I have TRIED to make her stray, she will stay on track.....excellent car

Now thats what I want to hear...... I have 2 friends that had a 93 GS300 and 00 GS 300 both of which are RWD and they complain for one reason or another that in the snow its like they are skating on ice?!!?!? But from what u guys r saying it sounds like I won't have too many problems.... thanks for the input!
