The mirrors are called electrochromic (sometimes called electrochromatic) glass. There's liquid that changes when it gets a electric signal.
They are only found on 1997+ cars, so be careful in a junkyard or partout hunt since those years are decreasing in number.
The auto-dimming glass is available from the dealer but it is very expensive around $280-$360 depending on the seller. The part number for one of the sides is 87906-24070.
All other glass you see for cheap (under $30) are not auto-dimming, such as the ones on rockauto or amazon etc.

Is there a good way to tell if it is leaking, is something like this broken? or still salvageable?
