After a 7 year hiatus from the 1SC section (was 1UZ-SC at the time,) I am back in a black on black '97 SC400! For those of you that know of a fellow ClubLexus user by the name of gtsfire, this is his old SC400. It has had an owner since his possession, so unfortunately I did not receive the pleasure of purchasing this car directly from Ken.

Swung by the local Lexus dealership to have a state inspection performed before heading to the tax office to transfer the title and get her registered!

It keeps breaking.
Recently did the Steering Rack and Radiator and it's on the road again, we'll see how long it lasts, but honestly, I don't know what more there is to break in the car now. Entire steering system is brand new except for the pinion. Entire cooling system is brand new, no oil leaks, most gaskets replaced, new distributor, plugs, and wires, had the injectors flowed and cleaned and got a new fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator. Only part on the serpentine belt that is more than 1 year old is the AC motor. Yet I'm still driving it on egg shells cuz I'm so afraid of it. And they say relationships are built on trust. Lol.
