Replacing the OEM Nakamichi Amplifier with an OEM Pioneer Amplifier

Is this a straight forward swap? The Nakamichi Amp on my 96 SC400 and the connectors are damaged. I found an OEM Pioneer amplifier for 92-98 SC400s part # 86280-24111 with pigtail connectors.
Will this work?
