What are the odds of...

extremely low, as in approaching none. black/black wasnt introduced until sometime around 95, and they stopped making 5 speeds after 97. if you're looking to buy one, dont hold yourself to the front spoiler and rear spoiler - those can be added inexpensively. i dont know if sc300's came with front spoilers at all or not - originally from 92 they didnt have them and they weren't an option, maybe later years they changed that? a lot of 5 speeds have fewer than 90k miles, tho, but its the years that really make it hard to find. only 5% of the sc300's produced from 92-97 were 5 speeds.

What are the odds of finding a Black/Black 5spd sc300 with Front Spoiler and Rear Spoiler? with under 90k Miles on it?
SC300 does not come with front spoilers...Only 92-94 SC400 comes with it...You can pick one up at the local junkyard for cheap...
SC300 does not come with rear spoilers either...Only SC400...

From 92 for the 5-speed...
I am pretty sure that the 5-speeds came with black leather from 92. There are 92-97 5-speeds, although very rare, that came with black leather interior. That red on black 92 5-speed with the backwards JIC magic kit side skirts is an example of a 92 black leather interior 5-speed. But getting a black on black is like everyone else said - rare.

Black on black is definitely rare. I have one that is a 95 SC400. I did a lot of hunting on the web to find exactly what you are seeking, and I had not found one ( the earlier poster is a lucky guy!). I noticed that approximately 70% of the blacks seem to have the tan interior, about 15% have gray and 15% have black. I can't remember seeing any other interior color for a black exterior. Being a lover of speed, I toyed with the idea of getting a 5 speed sc300 for a turbo upgrade, but I love the black/black combo I have and don't think anything else looks quite as striking and/or "evil" when kept clean and shiny.
Good luck with your search!

Wanna talka bout rare? How about a 95' SC300 MT (great year for modding) with black ext. and black int. both in perfect condition. It had all paper work and was service exactly to the dealer specifications and it doesnt stop there. It had about 50K or 55K and was owned by only one owner. Everything was perfect on this car. This car looked like it came right out of the factory. No joke. Too bad I had no money to buy it.

There is some correct info and confusion in this thread.
I have looked for used SCs for YEARS now and I have NEVER, EVER seen a black/black SC other than 95 and up. Bean, I am not sure about your friends' car, but the only interiors I have seen on pre-95 are tan and dark gray. Never ever once have I seen a black interior in a pre-95. I'd like to see pics with a VIN as I bet he either has a 95 or the dark gray.
Black on black 5spds were only sold in the US from 95 to 97, not sure about other markets.
Black on Black was available from 95-00
5spd were sold in the US from 92-97.
SC300 were available with optional spoilers.

i'm not sure how the black on black would look personally, but i know i love how the tan interior looks on my black sc300 (minus the cracks in the drivers seat which i haven't fixed yet).

You are probably correct on the interior color, for sure the 5-speed came in black from 95-97. I only "heard" about the 5-speed coming in black interior from 92 so when I saw the 92 SC300 on www.endless-speed.com I assumed it was one of those. At first I was thinking it could not be a 92 because of the black interior but then again I heard there were some rare ones out there. Sorry no VIN # but some photos.
Anyway, the site did not mention if he changed the interior to black or not. You can tell custom work was done (red stitching on seats etc) But it does kinda look as it it is stock black as to the side door panels, glove compartment - but I would not say I bet any $$ that it came stock like that. Because the site did not mention any custom black leather interior work and as from Emeralds posts we know that she would never convert to black interior again because too much a pain in the **** - I assumed it was already black otherwise they would mention it. I know there is a member on the boards that knows the owner of that red SC so maybe they can ask if it came black stock or if he did a total custom job. I would be interested to find out.
Bean your friends 93?
