Thanks...
I got the shade from ebay from the seller with ebay id sunproof. I got the one for the GS300/400/430. The spec said it only can be installed with the doublesided tape on the glass. After some experiment and some idea from my JDM shade that i installed on my Acura TL and I got it fit perfectly and clear the speakers and subs and with screws instead of doublesided tape.
The installation is very easy. The kit comes with basically everything you need to install.... Just need some extra washer just to raise the shade up a little so it clear the sub/speaker cover.
1. Remove the back seat.
2. Remove some plastic clips at the corner that hold the rear deck carpet to the body.
3. With the shade attached to the plastic holder, find the desire spot (center) for the shade and mark the hole that we will screw the plastic holder to the rear deck
4. Keep the shade to the plastic hoder and screw the plastic to the deck (2 of them ..one on each side) ... don't forget to put some extra washer under the plastic holder (3-4 washers should be OK)
5 . Now put the hook to the shade and raise the shade up until it meets the roof and mark the hole where you will screw the holder to the roof.
6. Screw the holder to the roof. The holder came with double side tape as well so i just use both the tape and screw.
Done ... Now enjoy less glare from behide
I'll take more pics when the sun finally come out. I got the SC dropped with Eibach/Tokico too ... and probably some Alstald I shoe soon

i have bought a similar shade at Schucks i believe, not as big as this one tho
problem i had is that when it was up and if you open the window while driving, the top bar/measuring-tape-like/piece would flap around in the wind like crazy
had to take it down
