Default Wood Trim on Door

Hey I need some help, I don't wnat to fool around with it without me knowing what I am doing incase I wreck the wood. The problem is for some reason the wood on the passenger door is loose, and its not pressed all the way up... so when the bass goes boom boom boom it rattles pretty bad sometimes. Anyways any insight would be great, when I get home I will post pics to show what I mean.

Default keep ya wood up

if you want to tighten or look at the wood piece you have to take the door panel of. the back you will see the nuts that hold the trim on. you can tighten or maybe in your problem put some on the back.
hope this helps
