i couldn't find anything about this anywhere, or even in my manual. as soon as i start the car i get a "beep beep" from the instrument panel every 5 seconds. the duration it lasts is anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. it seemed to start at the same time as when my front turn signal bulb went out - i replaced it but it didn't fix the beeping. i also tried resetting the ecu by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes, which didn't help either. there are no service/signal/warning lights turned on in my instrument panel, either. its baffling me and annoying and i have no idea whats going on, please help

The beep your are referring to CAN be from an Open Sunroof warning beep..You can check the wiring for that, maybe its loose or something...

i did a quick check of the sunroof and it didn't seem to have any problems. any other ideas to what this may be?

Is your trunk shut all the way?

Are all the windows up?

Is your sun roof tilted just a tad?

I would open/close all of the above and see if it still makes the beep.
