difference between pre 97 and 97+ vetex kit?
I bought a T&E vertex kit from e-bay, which was described to be 92-00 compatible.
I paid the seller last week, but the next day I got a call saying that he only has 97+ kit and that I'd have to wait 3 or more weeks for pre 97 Vertex kit.
I thought, if 97+ conversion was is an easy job, why shouldn't putting a 97+ vertex kit be any eaiser?
(I didn't even know there were two versions of T&E kit..... is there?)
I've talked to the person and exchanged e-mails frequently, and he told me that it would be better to wait than spend extra hundreds of dollars doing the conversion.
He seems to know what he's talking about, but then again, I can't tell since I don't have much idea on this subject.
So, my questions is, is putting on 97+ T&E kit that hard? (if it exists at all) If I do need to buy some parts for the conversion, are the parts listed on the sticky (97 conversion) all I need?
I'm very worried that I won't get the kit and that I wouldn't get my money back.

I agree, the '97+ rear bumper comes down alot lower, the extra material at the bottom will not allow the skirt to clear.
