quick question - what tire pressure are 255/40/17's supposed to have?

I run 35psi all around with about the same setup.

For reference I put 35psi on my 225/45/17's and that is the max for my tire.

Read the side of the tire, and don't exceed it.
BTW 35 is perfect for the daily driver- 40 is great for the track, but wears faster. Your call. Alot of tires max out at 42-44 psi.
