Default What Color?

I have a 95 SC300 I've been working on. Almost ready to paint it. It's blue right now. I've been thinking of maybe a deeper blue. Here's a pic of it. Its in better shape now.

What do you guys think.. Deeper blue or same color. I think I saw a pic of a deeper blue SC on this site but I can't remember the name of the pic.

me being the oddball will chime in here and say "i love that color as it is".

along with pointing out that a color swap will decrease the value oif what you just sunk all that time and $$ into.

Was it a salvaged title? If so, have fun with it and paint it whatever color makes ya feel good!

If it has a good title.........have fun with it and paint it whatever color makes ya feel good!

A darker blue would look nice. ..but costly to do a good job.

Thumbs up

I say you should go for the OEM color blue that came on later SC's and Supras. Look here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ue+supra+color. What do you think?

Looks pretty nice.. but I think I'm going paint it the same color.. Some nice rims and a 97+ upgrade in the front is all I really want to do as far as exterior mods...

I think U should leave it that color but throw a red pearl on to it. I think that would be hot. But I can't decide on what color I want. Either Gunmetal with a white pearl or Royal Saphire pearl.

I know you said you wanted to go deeper blue but what about the color I see on the later model SCs. I'm bad at describing Lexus colors. It looks like the color of the background of CL webpage or the Camry in your picture. It's that bluish(powder blue?) silvery metallic color...
