Very nice example you've got there Dimcorner! Do you drive it over there in the US (are you allowed, since it's RHD)?

 

being a rhd car doesnt mather..
its trying to get it legal to drive..
passing emission, and standard safty test..
their are hundreds of RHD cars roming around southern california..

actually cuz i'm starting up school again and kinda need the money to pay for living expenses and all.
so it boils down to have car and struggle a bit for money while going to school or just concentrate on school.

 

What are the possibilities of importing a Soarer here? I would love to bring a turbo here. It seems impossible to do. Is it now?

 

why do you quote the JZZ30 you own to be 250hp?

The jap spec 1JZ soarer came out with 280ps, which is 276odd hp

has yours been tuned down to meet US emissions?

 

no, it's 250 to the wheels making it about 300 odd hp to the engine.

I'm pretty sure I've ridden in your car before... over a year ago and before it had plates and everything. It's from SE Florida somewhere, right? I also recall that one of the LCD screens on the interior didn't light up. Definitely a nice car you've got there.
