Default Found a leak need help

I just noticed that my 92SC400 has a leak towards the front of the car (in the middle where you wiper blades would be above). It is leaking very very slowly (minor drips) and the substance is sort of black (oil?). Could this be steering fluid? How can this be fixed? Thanks.

Default Rear seal?

Sounds like you were right. Thanks. The Lexus dealer quoted me $1000 to fix the rear main engine seal. Is there anything else I should repair while the mechanic has the trany lifted? I'm going to try to find someone else to do it cheaper. Anyone know of a good Lexus Mechanic in Portland, Oregon? Thanks.
