Unhappy Interior trim help

I have a 92 SC300. The trim right above the window on driver and passenger door has popped off and is kind of hanging a little. I have looked at it and it appears that he problem is with a fastener. They look like earplugs almost and appear to have worn to the point that they will no longer stay seated firmly, thus the problem. Anyone else had this problem and know where to get some new ones? I dont even know what they are actually called. It quite frustrating to have such a nice car and have something as as little as this detract when friends sit in the car. Thanks.

I had a similar problem and found that there are two "grab" levels for that snap. Try good firm thumb pressure right in the center of it and see if it doesn't bite in firmly.
