Okay guys, I took apart my headlight today to fix the condensation problem (boiling water method is MUCH easier than the oven BTW) and I decided to do the Polarg M-6 city light mod. These bulbs are bigger so the housing/cap has to be removed. I am confused on one part though. I am not sure if the whole piece is removed or if I am just supposed to cut the clear part off and reinstall the silver part. You can see what I mean by looking at the pic below. The piece in question is out and sitting in the front. If anyone else has done this mod, please post and let me know.

Yeah, I emailed Rich too, but then I remembered he is in Europe right now. He was probably atop the Eiffel tower or looking at Stonehenge while I wrote the post.
Oh well, I put the light back together now without the whole thing. I think if I need to I can fit the part back in with the headlight closed after I remove the clear part.

We'll see how it goes...

Ahhh,,, I was only planning on doing one light this weekend and the other next weekend, but it testing out the new parking lights, I pushed one into the light I wasn't working on to see how it would look. Well, since the bulbs are bigger, it pushed that cap I was wondering if I would have to remove into the headlight!
Now it's just floating around in there, all loose and stuff.
Looks like I'm taking 2 headlights apart this weekend
