I've been looking too. I just sent the winner of the last ebay auction for one an email asking him about the fit, quality, and details about that one. There's another one for sale on ebay now too. Hopefully this guy will get back to me and let me know if it's worth it or not.

i've been wanting to change out the shifter also... i'm not sure if this thread is refering to the manual or auto but i have a sc400 which makes changing the shifter more difficult b/c i'm not sure what will fit properly. A couple people here on the forum have changed out their shifter but there have been reports about compadability and they had to alter the shifter in some way. recently i found this shifter made by Razo and i think it might do the job but dont wanna pay the 130.00 unless i'm sure it'll fit. here a pic, tell me what you guys think.

For the short shifter on ebay for the SC3, I emailed the seller when he first put one up for auction and he has simply cut and shortened the stock shifter. So the **** itself will be closer to the consol but you will not get quicker throws as with the TRD. The TRD retails around $150 and I think there are a few members on here who've tried it. For simply making the **** lower I'd think most welding shops could do the job for fairly cheap.

Never seen that one before. Is it new on the market? I don't like the shiny look. Now, if they had it in black, that might be better & it won't look like an arcade game joystick. It is certainly better looking than the stock dildomatic shifter.

That's a Razo AT shift ****. It has the overdrive button on it. It comes in that color option (pictured above) and a silver/black. Very nice IMO.

evotuned are you sure the trd makes it for the pre 95's? If so do you have the link to the site where i can buy it? i drove my friends mr2 (has a short shifter) and my throws seem like it takes twice to time to shift.

The TRD website is:

You could probably get a decent deal from Steve Ganz at Carson Toyota. His email is Ganzo4u@earthlink.net I believe there were a few members going to try it including CmputerWiz but I'm not sure if the deal went through. Also there are several members on Supraforums.com who bought it through a GB and really like it.

So it says 94.1 and up on the sc300's, but all Supra 5 speeds. Why wouldn't it work with 92/93's? I'm not aware of any differences between the 92/93's and the 94+'s

There is a C's for the non-turbo MKIV, i guess that would work.
