Talking Pics of my SC400 so far

As with most of us this is a work in progress but I wanted to post some pics to get some feedback. In the next couple months I'll be doing some Tein CS coilovers, 75hp shot of nitrous and a brake upgrade. I'll probably get the leather redone cause the drivers seat was pretty bad when I bought it.

I think the pic needs some resizing...

Hmmm...the car looks really familiar....I wonder where I saw it before...

Looks absolutely sweet....

But one thing tho, whats up with the sticker?

Sorry about the size. I think I got it now. The sticker is for the car club I'm in. I know it takes away from the high end aspect of the car but it will be the only sticker to ever touch my ride

What kind of mufflers are those? Sorry, but IMO those are too small...The Tanabe styling mufflers just don't go well with the SC...

Clean engine bay... May I ask, what do you use to clean your engine bay...?

The way you installed the hose sleevings is really bad...Your suppose to trim the ends and tape it with some tape...Personally, I used electrical tape it works great! After that, you would then put the metal caps over it...

HU looks great...

M5 looks awesome!

Those mufflers are from Weapon R. If you have a better suggestion for a straight through muffler I'd love one. I have to redo the whole exhaust system anyway. I know the hoses look ghetto. I'm going to fix them tomorrow.

To clean the engine bay I use Simple Green. You can pick it up at just about any auto parts store. Just spray a bunch on then use a high pressure sprayer to take it off. I haven't found anything that works better.

Thanks for the compliments.

Default cleaning engine bay

Why I haven't actually cleaned my engine bay yet, since when I bought my SC back in February it was spotless, I do remember reading this thread regarding spraying water in your engine bay:

Why you shouldn't use spray water to clean engine bay

I remember that thread. From what I remembered it was the SC and GS 300's that were having the problem with the water getting in the spark plugs. I'm very careful. No gets down in the valley where the spark plugs are. Other than the air from the AC smelling like wet dog, I've never had a problem.

Nice ride. What's the car in the background? A Supra?
