What did you do to the original 95 (or 96) fog light plugs to work in the newer 97+ fogs? I'd rather not chop off the old plug since their is always the possibility of the new bumper shattering into thousands of pieces and having to put back the old one. Is their an adapter out there? reccomendations?

cut, solder, shrinktape.. its only 2 wires :P

 

yeah, hehe, that's what i'm going to do...
well, i found some ford (ew) adapters that fit into the fog connections. i just had to bend the fog light pins about 2mm up but they fit fine. Now i just need to find some wire (where did i put it?!?) and combine the old fog adapter with the new fog housing and wrap it with some shrink tape. voila, instant adapter

hopefully i won't have to take advantage of it and need a reason to go back to the old fog lights
