Default taking the seat arpart????

Has anyone here done it? I've jus reacently purchased a set of wet okole seat covers from hawaii. Look nice enough but lookin at them i can tell it's gonna be a pain in the *** to install. I probably have to take the seat apart. Does anyone know how to remove the head rest? damni hate how these car are such a pain to work on. I dont think lexus car were meant to be taken apart easily any help would be appreciated. thanks ahead of time.

Just push the adjustment tabs in and pull the headrest right off. Its the same tabs used to make the headrest go higher or lower.

Taking the seats apart is simple BTW.

wait a sec... there tabs to make the head rest go up and down?? i never knew that. I jus thought there was tilt option on the head rest that allowed it to move forward and backwards... that's crazy, almost five years w/ my SC and i didn't know that. I'm definately gonna have to take a closer look when i get the chance.

Khang,

Just pull the headrest upwards, you should be able to see the adjustment button. These cars are full of tricks
