Ordered '97 Spoiler!!
I'm so excited, I just ordered a '97 spoiler for my '95 SC300. I felt the tail was so naked.. And after 3 weeks and almost 1k miles, zero oil spots on my driveway. What an amazing engineering job!
On to planning my LED custom tail lights... The wife is sooooo unhappy

wsaharem, do you have a full gasket set for that OEM '97 spoiler? If not I have a couple of the OEM gaskets that are meant for it (specifically the 97-00 style). You can have them if you want. I ordered them mistakenly a while back when looking for gaskets for the 92-96 spoiler so I couldn't use them.
It's just a couple of them but since you're about to install the spoiler that they go to they might help you out. If you're interested let me know and I'll send them out to you.

For reference to anyone reading this thread, here are the gaskets and small parts needed to mount or re-seal a 1997-2000 spoiler:
76873-24030 — 97-2000 Trunk lid spoiler Protector RIGHT
76874-24030 — 97-2000 Trunk lid spoiler Protector LEFT
76872-24040 — 97-2000 Trunk lid spoiler Protector Tip RH+LH
81577-12330 — 97-00 Trunk lid spoiler screw (quantity unknown)
76887-24020 — 97-00 Trunk spoiler seal (quantity unknown)
90179-06214 — 97-00 Trunk spoiler NUT (quantity unknown)
And don't forget that a 1992-1996 SC trunk lid that came with the early style flat ducktail spoiler will have several more holes in the lid that will have to be welded and smoothed out. It is easier to start with a non-spoiler trunk lid, measure everything out and drill for the 97+ spoiler.

I'll get you some pictures soon. I'm going to drill the trunk lid this weekend and paint it. There have been a lot of questions about how to mount / where to mount the spoiler, so I'm going to take a stab at a DYI tutorial. (no guarantees )
