Question about new gauge clusters
Let me start off by saying this is not asking about how to cheat or do something illegal. I had to buy a new cluster cause the speedo and tach were messed up in my last cluster. I think I threw off the calibration of the needles and now the speedo goes 10mph to slow and the tach is 250rpm to low. I want to know if there is a way to adjust the mileage on a new gauge cluster so that is accurate for the car. I DO NOT WANT TO ROLL BACK MILEAGE.

Yeah. I might have a 95 SC400 for sale with 250 miles on it. lol j/k guys. Just trying to keep everything legit. The new cluster might have only 60k on it and I would change that too. I just want to keep everything accurate and in good condition.

You have that problem too? I figure there may not be any baseline voltage to drive it up to zero. The tach works fine when the car starts first thing in the morning but the speedo doesn't reach zero. Once the car shifts, the tach drops to really low. I am down to one last try. (Pun fully intended).

remove the back of the cluster, unplug the rear panel (with all the good stuff on it), swap it into the other cluster. the odometer screen simply lifts right out. reinstall the cluster. your done.
thang, i know you modded the cluster some, pm me the details and i'll see if i can come up with a solution.

I think that goes without saying. Do you need the whole cluster to make it work? I was considering keeping the temp and gas gauges in case the needles on the new cluster go out.
