I'm "official" now (my new SC300 5spd pics)
I can finally say I'm part of the CL fam. If anyone remembers my previous post I had to travel back and forth from Ohio to NY twice before I could pick this car up. I would definitely say the 10 hour drives were worth it. The car is a '95 with 93k on it, the exterior and interior are in great shape. I just threw two coats of wax on it today and cleaned the leather with LEXOL. The previous owner is getting ready to pick up a Porsche 911 (his loss..lol).
On the way back to NY I had a couple of kills, none really worth mentioning. Mostly faimly sedans and one Nissan Sentra Spec V. I've heard people say SC300's are slow but in 4th gear on the freeway at about 70-80mph, the car is a monster. It pulls hard all the way to redline to about 120 I think. I had it up to a buck forty in fifth. I don't know, maybe because I'm coming from an Accord anything would seem fast. Enjoy the pics, comments welcome.
Oh yeah does anyone know the offical color of this car?

beautiful, beautiful car. thanks for sharing the pics. Not sure of the color, I am sure one of the SC fanatics can fill in that detail for you.

Go to http://www.lexus.com and put in your VIN number in the Owners tab. It will tell you about your car and what the real color is!
