Question Rear Spoiler

Does anyone know if a 97 Lexus SC style spoiler will work for a 92 SC300?

yep it should work just fine...i don't know of any differences in the trunk that would prevent you from doing that.

www.spoilerlights.com will sell you the same light as Toyota oem for $49.95. I don't have an OEM Lexus spoiler, but I have compared the LED I have to the LED in a factory spoiler on a Camry, and it is the same thing! So, you do not have to pay $360 for an LED....that is robbery to pay that much.

tggoodrich ... How is the quality of the spoiler you got from spoilerdepot... I have a 92 300 with no spoiler and I was looking at getting one for here when I was ready unless I heard something about this place that was not good or what not... Also did it come with eveything you needed other then the LED... And did you install it or have it installed....

Thanx
Shawn

Cool

I am interested too. I check the web for reviews on spoilerdepot and only found one minor negative review. I am seriously considering purchasing one in a few weeks. If you check the web, it comes with good instructions. You can download to review. Very simply.

The spoiler is good quality (mine is 97-00 style). It came unpainted, but to have it painted and installed was only like $100 for me. The only problem I noticed on it is a very slight amount of pitting across two inches on the seam on the back. This is -very- minor, hard to tell unless closely inpected. But, if I had noticed it before hand my body guy could have fixed that in 5 minutes for me.
Oh, and bonus deal: The LED strip and housing is included in the $125 price.

I would get one of these again.

the 97-00 wing off spoilerdepot is probably the next thing on my upgrade list. the back end just looks so naked without it...i can't wait to get that on.

I checked the EBAY ratings and the company is pretty good except for a few poor communications. Overall rating is excellent.
