If you are in an urban area, consider a Lojack system. Most insurance co. will give a discount for that, and if you are gonna get the best policy possible, you will need any discount you can get.

Getting Lojack is one thing....Getting a New York Cop to actually look for your car is another

Get a gun, preferably something big. Then leave the empty holster on your drivers seat. Might make them think twice

i thought yonkers was suppose to be a pretty safe area... my friend parks his supra in a bad area everyday and it is still fine lol.

I wouldn't say any part of the city is "safe". I mean anything can happen. Yonkers is like the five boroughs, there are some good spots and there are some bad spots, it's sectional. I'm from Queens and I thought Yonkers would be a little milder but my Accord was broken into over there and my radio was stolen.
Even though the Supra is better than the Lexus in many ways, the SC300 has a little more appeal in the hood.

IMHO...the best way to protect your car is to get a good alorm with a pager function and stay close. The whole point is to make it as tough as possible and/or slow them down. Get a good club like device to lock the pedals and steering wheel. Get a chapman lock for the hood.
You really cant protect your car at all times...if someone really wants your car, they are going to get it
As much as we'd like to, we cant resort to gun's to keep our cars. Not worth dying or killing over any car. My 2c.

Well, if you catch them in the act and they're unarmed no need to kill anyone. Noone should even get hurt unless they're idiots( which it sounds like they are). If they are armed, BANG BANG.
