Default Need Opinions On New Possible Exterior Setup

I just picked up this wing from duraflex’s location... (the manager there was arguing with a custom because he had made sure that his part number was indeed correct 3 times and the manager still but through a wrong part number and the customer kept saying “yea well it’s your fault, I said it multiple times and you even said it back to me and I can see if it’s off by one but not the whole part number is different” I also emailed duraflex because I never received a email confirmation but it pulled from my account and got an email saying “yea come pick up at 2:30 with your id and they’ll pull up your order and will be ready for pickup” just to find out with a bit of arguing when I got there that they almost wouldn’t let me pick it up without a order number, never using duraflex again, thankfully it’s just a wing I ordered lol but anyways sorry about the rant. I got this spoiler but am deciding on stock 97’ body kit if I should keep it or go with this duraflex bumper I picked up a while ago cheap but if I do, I feel like it’ll make the stop 97 side skirts look too low and will need aftermarket to make up for it but am considering splitters for the sides to give the allusion that there lower. Here’s my new spoiler and my bumper I test fitted a couple weeks ago

In my opinion there are some clean SC’s that can pull off the no spoiler look but in my favor, I am not one of them lol I feel like the rear is missing so much without a spoiler

Side profile looks good it's the rear shot that a little off to me, not bad though.

Clean up all the dirt on the trunk and put pieces of white electrical tape over the holes. Drive your car for 2 weeks like that. You might change your opinion.

I used to not be a fan of wingless SCs but changed my mind when it was my car. Black 97 with carbon trunk and carbon hood. I was wingless for about a month and the original plan was to put a GT wing on I had bought previously. I was gonna stay wingless for longer but because of all the weight reduction I'd done I discovered the car became unstable above 120mph. The back end came loose in a sweeping turn on the expressway. Scared me pretty good. That moment, plus all my friends telling me to put the wing on (they had Voltex and Varis wings already, I was one of the last cars that looked stock except for the carbon pieces and wheels) is what made me commit to putting the wing on.

If things had gone differently, I would've held off on the wing until a year or so later.

Stock wing or wingless imo. That bumper looks like the Vertex replica. I think it flows ok with stock skirts once its painted.

I'd go wingless. It looks really good with the white body and black wheels. Looks clean.

There’s a couple of sc’s even with same color that I really love with the wingless look but I plan on going with a little bit aggressive look, but not going to be going with a bn sports style body kit or like vertex, I do however plan on getting another SC tho a 300 this time since I love this chassis so much, I love the power behind the uz and would never want to swap it out but make more power with it going single turbo next year. I’m going to plastidip the spoiler white for now just to get a feel for the look all almost one color as that’s what I did with my 97 front bumper, was a mint excellent condition maroon red and dipped white but will be actually painted pearl white next year before March I hope.

I am in the “wingless” camp but going too aggressive is out there. That is a lot of wing, for sure. Go with what you like.
