Is that cloudy dash wood trim I spot, or just the glare?

I hope the current owner bought it for a great price, because that's a heavy investment for one year of ownership. Unless he/she did the repaint themselves (it reads like it wasn't the original owner that did it), that alone would kill the profit margin in all but the most extreme cases.
