Tail light running lights not working
Running lights haven't been working the break lights and reverse lights work fine but the night running lights won't work not a Fuze problem think it might need a new wiring harness will this do anything other wise

You never "need" a new wiring harness. you can replace pins, wires, connectors... every single part of a wiring harness is repairable..... I'm pretty sure those lights are dual filament and you could have single filament bulbs in... You could have a bad wire on the running lights...
Do the front running lights work?
