Who changes the timing belt at 27k miles?? 90k miles or 25 years, whichever comes first?

I'll float a conspiracy theory... Those pictures were taken new on the showroom floor and kept on hand until it was time to sell.

I wouldn't think a timing belt dry rots like a serpentine belt, but I don't know that I've seen one that old.

i personally havent seen one super bad but i have online. very high mileage and use i would think would age it faster than pure age itself. It is in a sealed area afterall.
