cheapest way to get good track times?
Best low budget way to get high 13s?
so far i have been thinking that torque converter with 100 shot of nos BFI and take off a lot of the weight would get me there? has anyone ever tried this? and if you had WR ECU over the dragon TC would your track times be better or worse?

Lexus and cheap speed mods dont really belong in the same sentence. If you want to get good track times it's gonna cost you. too bad fixing up lexus cars aren't as affordable as hondas but whatcha gonna do right?? In any event, it would help if you told us which model you had. Judging from what you said in your post i'm assuming it's a sc400. In that case i would recomend the nos. Not too pricey and pretty effective.
