hey, just a heads up...the search works great. as long as ya attempt to find some info first we'll all understand, this however has been discussed a lot in the past since it is a common problem. to get ya started i dug up a few links for ya:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ear+headlights

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ear+headlights

as far as buying new ones if you don't want to do it yourself, there are always headlights on ebay...search SC300 headlights or SC400 headlights. either that or check the sc classifieds and see whats up there.

also, one last thing. you'll get better feedback if you name it something useful rather than "hey what's up" and put the thread in the correct place. on a lighter note, welcome to CL!

welcome to the board... always try a search before posting a thread. ive learned that most of the questions you have will have already been asked countless times. here's what i found by entering *cleaning + headlights*

Mines were the same way about two months ago.

Here's what you do, don't drive the car in the rain and don't use water to wash it for two months. The moistures inside your headlights will eventually dry. When they dry up, apply a coat of silicone on top of the headlight seal to prevent water from getting in later.

As for the headlights turning yellow, try to get a bottle of Meguiare's Scratch X. It's about $5 at your local Target store. It works like magic and has turned my headlights like new again.

Cool

I was really giving the f-max kit alot of thought...i heard you can only push about 400hp to the rear wheels out of the kit before doing any major engine mods...im open for any info or ideas, im still in the shopping around mood before i put any $ down

i've heard a lot of iffy things about the f-max kit....i'm sure its good, i really have no room to talk bad about it... but just relaying what i've read. i've heard good things about the sound performance and turbonetics kits though.

Correct, Turbonetics is FMAX. IMO you can't do better than SP.

Gotta luv it when the newbs welcome the newbs.

JSC, see www.sound-performance.com
They are in Illinois, they first started out doing hi-end mobile audio installs, and graduated to 2JZ cars. They concentrate on Supra TT's and NA-T's, and have already made well over 900rwhp off spray with 'Ebank's' SC3. Lastly, SP has what is IMO the best turbo manifold available for the 2JZ-GE, it's basically an HKS GTE header for the MKIV TT, with a difference flange and few inches of runner welded in.
Check them out.
