I think a 1990 LS400 can just about fetch a downpayment on a nice SC. You should try anyway, that way you don't have to feel jealous anymore

The feelings mutual!! I have an SC400 and I love it, but for months I have constantly admired the first generation LS's. Theyre soooo classy and awesome looking!! Im sure theyre ride is sooooo quiet and smooth. Someday Id like to get an early LS to supplement my fleet. Im even having my whole car soundproofed just to become more LS-like!

If youd sell your LS, that should be the majority of the cost of an SC400 right there... Theyre both awesome cars. Expect a serious thrill with the SC, with 0-60 happening a whole second and a half quicker!!

One more thing... I dont quite understand how the hell the drag coefficient for the LS is lower than the SC's, I mean look at the two cars and tell me which one would cut through the wind better!! (0.29 and 0.31) respectively.

It looks just like my car if I had that ground effects and wheels. Say, I was thinking someday to do performance headers and a performance exhaust that wouldnt make the car much louder... and maybe that BFI intake I hear so much about.

i'm from manhattan kansas, kc is awesome, go chiefs/ksu wildcats!

i would get an sc, but i'm only almost 16, so money is a problem. i'm very lucky to own an ls, since i got it through a family friend that moved. how much would a used one cost, do any of you know? i know there's some in kc. i'm thinking around 10,000?

oh well. i'm very happy with my ls though
