Nakamichi radio makes high pitch and popping noise

Nakamichi radio makes high pitch and popping noise
I just put in a Nakamechi amplifier and it started making this noise. I would switch to CD and Radio and it would make this same noise. There is no music coming through just these noises. Need help. Thx in advance.

All Nak amps are over 30 years old so it's probable that you got a burned out one. Get a amp from the store. Even an inexpensive one is better than these factory amps. Remember, they are all mid 80's tech. Wouldn't be surprised if there was vacuum tubes used.
