Hey fam I’m installing a back up cam in my sc400 and I’m trying to connect the reverse and parking brake wire. I don’t have a wire that can run to the reverse light but I do have the wire from the head unit. My question is there anywhere I can put these wires near the kick panel on the drivers side or?

Both wires you need are at the shifter. According to my 97 wiring diagram, the power comes from IGN1 via the 10A gauge fuse (12V with engine ON position). It's a yellow wire that goes to the back-up light switch in the shifter, then after the switch, the triggered wire is blue and feeds 12V directly to the reverse lights. So you want the camera to be triggered by this blue wire.
If you are set on not tapping into it at the shifter, my diagram book says it first goes to pin #11 on the IK1 connector on the passenger side kick panel, then crosses the width of the car to pin #8 on the BU1 [its blue in color] connector on the left kick panel. This connector looks like it is just left of the fusebox, close to the door opening.
