High Beam Installation 1993 SC400
Need advice on how to install replacement high beam glass lights. does the bumper need to be removed to access the bulbs?

Hello and welcome to the CL forums! Yes you do need to remove the front bumper in order to remove the high beam *housings*. Unfortunately there is no other way to get to the housings themselves. The high beam bulbs on the other hand are very easy to access and require no removal of the bumper to get to.
