will they trade?
Out of curiosity, I have a 06 is350 with about 146k miles, is it possible to trade with someone with a sc300 manual or are the completely different in value? If it is worth to trade what would I miles look on the sc. Again out of curiosity. thanks in advance

Way too many unknown variables to answer that accurately but it would largely depend on what value the SC300 owner assigns to their car.
SC300 came with factory 5 speed up to 97 with the 97 year being the most rare. If someone is aware of that fact and actually likes their car, its highly unlikely that they would trade that car for anything that is remotely within the same market value simply because of the rarity and sentimental value. But if they don't care or arent aware of the cars rarity, they might jump at an opportunity to swap their SC for a 9 years newer car.
Using me as an example, I own a 99sc400 with close to 180k miles on it. I got the car under the market value because the person who had it wasn't aware of its rarity and the interior of the car was in rough shape. I spent a lot of time maintaining and restoring it and at this moment there are no mechanical issues with it and its in a very nice cosmetic shape. But with that being said, if we were to take the crazy used market inflation that is going on right now out of the equation, the car is probably only worth about 5-7k but I would never sell this car for that price. The price that would overshadow my sentimental price of the car is closer to 20 or even 30k. The car is NOT worth that by any stretch of imagination and I would not expect anyone to agree to it but that's the number thats in my mind if someone was to walk up to me on the street and offer to buy the car on the spot. Basically my car is not leaving me unless someone gives me outrageous amount of money for it or I am forced to sell it due to some kind of life/death emergency.
Not everyone is as attached to their cars though. I got a friend who goes through 30 cars in a year because he is constantly buying/selling at auctions (pre covid) and I'm talking about porche, ferrari, corvette, mazerati, mclaren. I think the dude went through 3 supras in one year at one point. Someone like that would trade a manual SC for an IS if they thought they could get more money selling the IS.
I don't sell cars online very often but I've sold a lot of other stuff and atleast half of the people who contact me about my items either give me a lowball offer or ask to trade for something. I've taken a few trades even though I wasn't planning to do so at the start. In my experience, the most common reason a trade goes through without a hitch is if both parties think they are getting something thats is worth more than what they have. Thats rare to happen. If both people thought what they were getting were an equal or less value to what they had, they wouldn't bother trading it.
