'94 SC300 w/112K miles?
As long as the car is in "good" condition, will I be happy with it? Was this a "good year" for this model? I mean, are there known issues with this car? At this mileage, is this car "worn out" or just "worn in"? Should the timing belt/chain have been replaced by now? Is it an interference engine? Any specific things I should look for when inspecting the car?
thanks

2/3 way down is common things to watch for> http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html
These are some of the best cars put on the road. I have a 94 5-speed, 85,000 miles. Very satisfied with this car. Not sure I'd say the same thing if I owned it as an automatic. I am not satisfied without that mechanical link to the car. If you are looking at an automatic, the SC400 is the way to go, prices are getting approaching parity. There are many that will disagree, but they tend not to understand why some of us like the manny tranny.
That is unless you are into turbo modifications and that sort of thing. The SC300 has vastly more upgrade paths if you got the money, time, patience and know how.
There really are not any "avoid" years for these cars. You should look into the past maintenance records, Lexus dealers can provide this with a VIN/
