This one was the day before the cruise in Lew's (standing far right) driveway. You can't see the 8th one, Lew's TT, in the shed which has 245 rwkw (approx 310 rwhp?) all from a pissy little 2.5 litre 6 cylinder engine! A standard V8 has about 125 - 130 rwkw for comparison.

I had just fitted bigger TT front brakes to my V8 in the foreground, Neil (sitting in it) is Australia's foremost Soarer mechanic and he worked on various Soarers all day despite it being his birthday!

We gave Neil a huge card and some scratchies, he wet himself on "winning" $50k, but it was a dud hehehe... Blame Reepa (big bloke standing talking to Lew and myself).

The entire weekend was a blast, I drove 800k each way, the cruise was another 400k on the day, so 2000k over 4 days to join the cruise with a bunch of people I had never actually met before. Some people came from further away just to be there.

Or at least some mass exodus, looks like you'll be taking over the planet! or at least aussi land! Never seen sooooo many!....Like to see more of those rambling road shot's....PLEEEEEEZE.
This is just the thing to spurn us on guy's! lets have another meet in dallas? seeing as our first meet [15 cars] was'nt too bad!
Would have thought karl hardy or rob hayden would have won the speeding ticket!!

Still had no threats from the DOT/CUSTOMS to get my soarer out of the US yet! [for those of you who have bin following my plight] keep ya fingers X
Baz.

Hey Guy's & Gal's,
Lets start a WORLD Meet competition..hehehhehe,,,Lets see what Country can gather the most SC/Soarers in the one meet ?? Surely there must be quite a few in California were the car was Designed ??

Shouldnt be to hard for you's to beat 54 cars at a meet and 52 on a Cruise ?? hehehhe

Let the Games Begin.....

We're trying ....... we managed 23 Soarers at our last meet Still a long, long way to go to catch up with the Aussies

One of the good things about the meets are the photo opps that you get

Nothing like having a row of Soarers in your 'view finder'
