I'm posting these up in case they may be useful to anyone. I *think* this TSRM guide shows the wiring diagrams for 1992-1994 SC300/400 models. There will be some gradual minor differences in specific areas for the 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999-2000 that this diagram won't cover (such as OBD2 wiring, 1998+ VVT-i engine wiring differences, etc.) but all the major electrical layouts for these cars are covered for a lot of general wiring information.
