Shudder after cruise
I did a search on all of this, but can't seem to find anything. My 99 SC400 just went in for the 30K inspection and everything came out "perfect". One thing I have started to notice though is that after cruising on the interstate at about 85, when I slow down to about 65 to go through construction and put her back on cruise, I get a slight shudder...goes away if I apply gas or brake.
Has this happened to anyone in an SC? What could this be? And finally, I am worrying for nothing?
Thanks!!

Hey what's up guys?
All of us have the same problem because at 35-42 is when the TC starts to lock up b/c the tranny and the engine are running at about the same speed,
But FlyLexus I don't know why your car is doing it at such high speeds, when it happens does it feel like the whole dash will come apart if it keeps on shuttering. Maybe you’re experiencing something a bit different from the rest of us, because your TC should not be locking up at 60+MPH, or maybe that how the newer SC's are. I dunno but I would have it checked out just to be on the safe side. If it turns out to be your TC then there is nothing much you can really do unless you want to purchase a new TC, But before you do all that flush the tranny fluid because that might very well be the problem, If you do a lot of city driving then your tranny fluid gets dirtier faster and its looses its viscosity.
