Inconclusive. Images from the borescope look like the key is proper, others no. I see a fair bit of rust start spraying that down with penetrating oil every few minutes. Logically the crank gear is not seated far enough preventing the balancer from bolting up properly.
Since you want me to assume you are 5 years old clean off any oil before starting the engine.

i am going to:
remove the plastic cover
remove the sensor plate(by hand)
remove the crank gear(by hand)
put the crank gear back and seat it properly and all the way in
put the sensor plate and seat it properly all the way in
q: how much of a key should i have showing? like 1/4 inch or more or less?
then i will put the new plastic cover(or repair the existing one) and put it back in..
and the final step.. how do i line up the pulley to go into the key?
thanks

and no, sir, the reason the pulley wouldnt go back is because i had it 180 degree rotated and there is now an indent on where i tried to force it, see image. u prob missed the image in my sea of posts

Woodruff key should be half contacting the gear, half on the balancer. Can't say if you need a new plate without seeing a full picture of it.
Okay things are starting to make sense. Gear is (possibly) not seated all the way you put the balancer on without the key lining up, which did some damage.

so to summarize the thread it appears i simply tried to put the pulley on 180 degrees turned around which made this damage and an indent^^^^. could you please tell me how to line it up correctly? is there a mark of some sort? i think this maybe the whole issue. i apologize for my adhd

My working theory is the crank gear is not seated correctly which is causing all your problems. If it was then it wouldn't be possible to put the balancer on hardly at all because the key would not line up. In other words the pulley would be pushed out a good inch.
Don't try and reassemble anything. Worst possible case you replace the woodruff key, plate and gear.
