man i envy you, i hate the way a welded diff feels when daily driving ... your tires are going to chirp every time you make any turn, i've been wanting to weld my diff or a while now but i can't seem to get used to the way they feel

theres nothing to envy. i heard from 5sp_jzz30 that the welded diff in our cars arent that bad. not even the thread wear shouldnt be that bad. but ofcourse a welded diff is a welded diff. its a cheap fix. what you pay for is what you get lol.

since i dd my sc i went ahead and got an extra pumpkin of the same gear ratio, a 4.08 open. so if i ever want to go back to open ill just install back the original. i was gonna go with the 4.28 but didnt want to deal with even more gas consumption. lol

btw expected down time is zero. the only time i will work on the car, is when im ready to install these on

sorry for being ignorant but, why would you want subframe spacers?

its not really spacing the subframe away from the chassis, you just replace the rubber ones with these solids ones. its for a more direct feeling of the car, making it more solid.

Your car is gonna feel like death when you're turning at stop lights with those solid bushing and welded. LOL. My boys old s14 with the same set up felt like the rear end was gonna break on me.

That's makes much more sense. These are for a Supra though right? Could you links to where you bought em? Bushings are cheap and do wonders would love to see more pics.

april 27th night....

terrible. just terrible, it was my fault though for drifting in a touge

ill need my new steering linkages/tierods/ maybe a whole new rack. upper and lower reinforcements, hood, DS fender and various lil extras.

i feel absolutley sick to my stomach. i was hopeless thinking i may not be able to get her back, but it seems like im able to get her back up with enough time and some TLC. hopefully i can bring her back and finish up this build thread...

So you wrecked your car while drifting on public streets? Did you hit another vehicle?
