Default IS350 seats in the SC400! (INSTALLED!)

shhh! been working on this all day. thanks mike for the seats!

more pics/details to come tomorrow! i hope the drivers side isnt going to give me trouble. im counting on trading the memory seat function for heated + cooled..

so far only 6 way power working, for some reason the "up/down" height of the seat doesnt get power off of the main +12v..

That seems to be the problem. It doesn't match anything else in the car.

Let's see some daytime pics.

actually it matches the lighter tone leather and the "gray" of the carpet. so its like a 2 tone gray

Looks good. Is it just me or does the seat seem to sit higher than the stock ones?

They actually seem more comfy then our stock ones, but I wouldn't know. My stockers are really comfy. I'd have to sit in one of those b4 I can make a real statement.

As far as color, just paint everything black!

i got the seats for $500..the seat back is 1" higher than the stock SC seats, but the seat *** section is stock height so basically your headrest is higher. the seats are awesome, giving more side bolstering support. im really looking forward to having cooled seats though, this is my daily driver and itd be nice to have!

btw this isnt for the light hearted, the front brackets line up but the pegs dont and the floor needs to be drilled, the back brackets have to be swapped and then comes the wiring!

A good upholsterer could have redesigned your stock seats to look like the IS350. Then your functions would all work properly.

clearly you didnt read the post my friend...

im perfectly ok with trading memory seating for heated and cooled seats. i dont think any degree of upholsterer can make your seats cooled ..

also, all functions that were on the SC seat work, but the extra functions such as height adjustment..ill have it working by the end of the day and post better pics and write up and such..
