Stocks Sub swap?

Hey guys in my old sc300 I put a 12' in my trunk with a custom made box for the SC's but since then the company that made that box in outta buisness. Anywho I was wondering who has swaped out there stock sub in the rear dash and replaced it with a aftermarket one? If so what size? I know there isnt alot of clearence to put a new sub in where the stock one already is. Also where about did you put your new amp? thanks guys!

I put an 8" Pioneer TS-SW841D powered by kenwood KAC-1502S
Placed the amp where the stock amp for radio/changer was.
I also have a small box built around the sub i can take a picture or 2 later.

also you dont need a free air sub. if you seal the holes in the deck with a sound deadening material.

Sorry for the late reply, Just got my car back on Wednesday.

Dont mind the Rear Wiper motor, as you wont have one, blocking part of the view..

I have a boston G1 10 free air on the back, i cut up my old stock sub to make the mounting ring / hold the grill cover
