If anyone ever has a tutorial on that or where to find one to buy, that would be awesome!

It wouldn't be too hard, the stand has three bulbs so to speak and the 92 lexus has three as well. Problem is the brake lights will look the same unless I cut te plastic and clear a new piece (something I'm not in the mood to do in the near future). I did my headlights with delining, custom Leds,,etc. tinted my tails as a temp fix but getting bored of it

I'm not really that good on setting up electronics, but if I learn to do this right it will be so worth it. In the video it looks brilliant, a complete new look to the SC. This freshens up the look of the SC and to be honest it makes it looks like a new car.

If you're good at coding, stuff like this could sure be setup to be done with an Arduino, I'm sure. I have no experience with them but see those circuit boards used on things all over the net. Basically super cheap, easily programmable computers. My guess is when it comes to wiring, stock lights have individual wires for lights on, brakes on, turn signal, and reverse light.
So you'd just have those inputs go into the Arduino, and have the Arduino coded to send the correct power/light sequence for the lights. You'd easily be able to have a single Arduino unit power both rear lights as well.

I've got no clue how this effect would be done otherwise... might already have something similar built in.
